Medical Provider Management Specialist - Portuguese
Reporting to the Regional Medical Provider Manager South & Central America, this role will manage the medical provider network in Brazil. Our mission is to offer a best-in-class medical network through comprehensive and cost effective network solutions, to meet our customer needs.
-The postition will focus primarily on securing medical services inlcuding but not limited to Public and Private Hospitals, Doctors, Diagnostic, Dentists, Medical Repatriation and Air Ambulance providers.
-Negotiation and management of all contracts and end to end procurement with the companys medical providers utilising a high level of analytical understanding to deliver consistent service level improvements for AWP.
-Manage all the medical provider information in AWP databases to ensure that all providers information is clearly recorded and updated in a timely and accurate format.
-Ensure business continuity, efficiency and service levels within the region through performance monitoring and assessments of Medical Providers in terms of delivery, quality and efficiency.
-Undertake analysis on the provision of spend with healthcare providers. e. g. diverting a portion of the overall spend into preventative measures and cost containment initiatives
-Actively contribute to the retention and growth for local and global lines of business where relevant
-Provide support in the implementation of strategies and campaigns and assist with the co-ordination of any associated procedures in relation to new products, services or campaigns.
Experience Required
-The ideal candidate will have health sector understanding in combination with mature procurement expertise and will be able to display strong internal motivation, energy, quick thinking and initiative.
-Ability to produce comprehensive business plans and budgets
-Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a high pressure, fast paced business environment
-Possess excellent verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills when dealing with all levels
-Intermediate Microsoft Office suite and data analytic experience
-Excellent oral and written communication in English and Portuguese
-Ensure agreed deadlines are adhered to at all times for reporting and implementations
-Assist in the preparation of product presentations, proposals and reports
-Timely delivery of required reports to Clients
