Account Manager

  • The Account Manager will work closely with the all teams across the business as well as the Senior Account Manager and Business Director to manage the day-to-day running of their accounts.
  • They will work closely with the Senior Account Manager and be responsible for the successful implementation and execution of all campaigns, from planning all the way through to the delivery of the final media report across all channels
  • They will be able to assist the Business Director on strategic projects for their clients
  • The Account Manager will require a strong grasp of digital media, in particular social as well as an excellent knowledge of all offline media
  • Planning, execution and evaluation
  • Evaluate client briefs to ensure robust responses are delivered that met the clients KPI s - plan effective campaigns across all channels (digital & offline) in partnership with our online and trading teams
  • You will ensure accurate and timely delivery of all campaigns for your clients
  • Evaluate supplier proposals in line with clients KPI s and make confident recommendations
  • Present campaign performance reports to clients across both digital and offline campaigns and work with the Senior Account Manager to establish meaningful insights and learnings
  • Client and Account Management
    • Provide top class client service
    • Coordinate requests and responses to briefs
    • Ensure clients receive regular competitive updates as well as regular training sessions and supplier meetings. Staying abreast of any news and developments within your clients industry
    • Ensure all media plans are accurate and correct
    • Manage all client billing and finances
    • Ensure flawless implementation of all administrative tasks (status meetings, finance, data reporting )
